We deliver our products to our customers by meeting their individual needs.

IPS COSMETICS products are delivered through our distributors
After receiving an order, a sales representative directly delivers the product to each customer, along with an explanation of the product and instructions on how to care.
IPS COSMETICS does not sell its products directly, so those who wish to purchase are requested to choose one of the following methods to do so.

IPS COSMETICS will contact you by phone.

*Business hours are from 10:00 to 18:00 (except Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, summer and New Year holidays). Please allow 3 or 4 business days for us to contact you.
*Please note that the personal information you provide may be disclosed to the nearest sales company to which IPS Cosmetics refers you as a customer interested in purchasing our products. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
